How do I view Session information for a remote access session?

During a remote access session you can view useful information about your connection. You can access the session information using the (i) button, found on the RealVNC Viewer toolbar that is available at the top of the session window, as shown below:

  1. While connected to a remote device, access the RealVNC Viewer toolbar and click the Session Information (i) button.

  2. This will open a new window in the RealVNC Viewer app with information about your current session.

Experiencing a slow connection?

You may be asked for this information if you contact RealVNC Support, along with diagnostics and logs. Click the Save As button to save the displayed information to a text file.
