Why am I not able to end remote access sessions using the RealVNC Connect Portal?

Known issue - updated version of RealVNC Server available

We are aware of an issue with RealVNC Server 7.13.0 that causes inactive sessions to not be ended as expected. To resolve this, please update RealVNC Server to version 7.13.1. For a list of changes and download links, please click here.

To end sessions on a Concurrent Session plan, you need to ensure that you have installed RealVNC Server 7.13.1 or later on your remote devices. You can download the latest version by clicking here.

If you are still unable to end sessions, please contact our Support team.
