Why am I not able to end remote access sessions using the RealVNC Connect Portal?

To end sessions on a Concurrent Session plan, you need to ensure that you have installed RealVNC Server 7.13.1 or later on your remote devices. You can download the latest version by clicking here.

If a session does not end as expected, you can Force end the session in the portal, using the dropdown menu as shown below, after clicking End Session next to the session you want to end:

Please note that Force ending of sessions is not available on Lite plans
