To end sessions on a Concurrent Session plan, you need to ensure that you have installed RealVNC Server 7.13.1 or later on your remote devices. You can download the latest version by clicking here.
If a session does not end as expected, you can try to Force end the session in the portal, using the dropdown menu as shown below:
