Does anyone know how to solve this problem: "Hosted Bootstrap error: No more Bootstrap servers." I only noticed it yesterday, but it seems to have been going on for days. Does anyone have a solution yet? Thank you very much.

On Windows if you have an offline licence you can follow this:

Will this be fixed for Russia?
It seems now issue is related to countries, which are under sanctions, considering comments above: Russia, Belarus, Iran.
If they stop services in certain countries, they should return money paid for license.
If you have paid version you can contact support directly and ask them. I thought before that only free license users had this issue.

yep it's better way to forget realvnc and change to another remote desktop service. strange company policy to shoot yourself in the foot... bye bye realvnc
I've tried to let both VNC server and VNC client go to the internet through european VPN server.
And it worked!
So it really looks like geoip ban.
Another Saturday, same problem again. I guess they shut down the servers on the weekends.
