What happens if I don’t renew?

Remote access will stop as soon as your subscription expires.

Providing you renew within a further 28 days, we’ll restore your team and connectivity will be restored automatically. If you renew after 28 days past your subscription's expiry date, you’ll have to start again and re-join your RealVNC Servers to your team.

If you have an Enterprise subscription and license your RealVNC Servers offline, you will need to apply an updated offline license key to all of your RealVNC Servers after renewing.
