What happens if I don’t renew?

With the one exception below, remote access will stop as soon as your subscription expires. Providing you renew within a further 28 days, we’ll restore your team. After that, you’ll have to start again.

If you:

1. Have a subscription that includes offline licensing
2. Install RealVNC Connect on a particular remote computer
3. Only establish direct connections to that computer

...then you have a grace period of 28 days during which you can continue to connect direct. You should use this time to renew your subscription and re-apply it.
