When trying to upgrade RealVNC Server for macOS from version 7.13.1 or older to version 7.16.0, you may see an error that the installation failed, as shown below:
Our development team have identified the issue and we will release an updated version of RealVNC Server to prevent the error from occurring when upgrading from RealVNC Server 7.13.1 and older.
A workaround is to first upgrade to RealVNC Server 7.15.0 then upgrade to RealVNC Server 7.16.0. You can download RealVNC Server 7.15.0 for macOS using the button below.
