Why do I only see the first 1000 devices in my team in RealVNC Viewer?

By default RealVNC Viewer will only cache the first 1000 devices in your team, with remaining devices available to connect to using the search bar at the top of RealVNC Viewer.

If you want to have RealVNC Viewer cache all of your devices, you need to adjust a parameter that allows RealVNC Viewer to load all of your connections from the cloud.

The parameter is called MaxServersToList, and can be set in the Expert section of RealVNC Viewer's Preferences dialog where the value should be set to your subscriptions device capacity, e.g. 10000.

After making this change, you need to trigger a refresh of your Team's computers, for example by renaming a computer in the RealVNC Connect Portal.
