Printing does not work in RealVNC Viewer on macOS Sonoma

We are aware of an issue when trying to use RealVNC Connect's Remote Printing feature when using RealVNC Viewer on macOS Sonoma.

When trying to print, you may see either of the below issues:

• an error message that says 'Failed to print <document> to printer <printername>:Unsupported document-format “application/postscript"
  
  
  
  
• an empty print job sent to the printer

The root cause has been identified, Apple/macOS has removed support for PostScript which our remote printing feature relies on so the team are working on an alternative implementation. We do not have an ETA for a resolution at this time.
