VNC Server in User Mode requires a suitable offline Licencse

I cannot get this computer back to online mode I have removed all program ripped out all the registers keys and still it still stays in this mode if it is this bad we can not use it in our company someone else has put in the same thing and real vnc has yet to comment on it. 
I have remove all these and still this program still set in this mode WTF what eles dose this program put  in the PC that we dont know about the is some hidden stuff somewhere that keep the data to be in enterprize user mode.

    Thanks for getting in touch. Are you connected to the computer using RDP when you see this issue? If so, this would explain why you are only able to access User Mode, which happens when you manually run vncserver.exe

    To access Service Mode, you will need to ensure the VNC Server service is running in Services.msc, and that it is licensed using the License Wizard. You can launch the license wizard as shown here:

  • Yes you are correct I had to reinstall using team viewer then i was able to set all the server Issues and password this was driving me crazy.

It was driving me crazy too that the VNC Server GUI would not start when connected to my computer via RDP, with no error on the screen, at the command prompt, or in the Windows Event Viewer. When I physically connected to the machine, then the VNC Server GUI started just fine. I'm glad I was able to find your post above because I had wasted a lot of time trying to solve this mystery. Thanks for your help.
