Can home/free users request older versions of the Connect Server/Viewer?
I've seen several posts stating that one can get older versions of the software by submitting a request to Support. I also know that users with the free/home license (like myself) cannot submit support requests. With those being the way that they are, is there an exception made for requesting older versions of the software? Or am I just sort of out of luck on that?

Hi Bryan,
Please accept our apologies for missing this post. At the time of writing we're happy to provide older versions for Home subscription holders. Please submit a ticket with the version you need and the platform(s) you need it for.
While we can provide older versions of VNC Viewer and VNC Server, please note that technical support for older versions is determined by the RealVNC Product Lifecycle Policy https://help.realvnc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004160417
Where possible, we recommend that customers run the latest version of VNC Viewer and VNC Server that their platform supports as listed here: https://help.realvnc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002252798
Thanks,
Jack
