Thanks for contacting RealVNC. Please accept our sincere apologies for not responding to your ticket sooner.
While we have recently increased our support offering to provide a greater level of support 24 hours a day 5 days a week, we are currently experiencing an extremely high volume of requests and responses are taking longer than we'd like.
I have picked up your ticket and I will provide an update on it imminently.
