Many thanks for your post. Phone and video call support is available on Business Premium and Enterprise subscriptions that meet the below thresholds:
Per Device: 50 devices or more Per User: 5 users or more Per Concurrent Session: 5 or more
If you have an eligible subscription then the phone numbers are available on the Billing page of the online portal at https://manage.realvnc.com. The Billing page is accessible via the top right Profile icon menu for Admins and Owners of the team.

We are currently experiencing an extremely high volume of requests and responses are taking longer than we'd like, and you may not be able to reach an agent on live chat immediately. If our agents are not available, you will be prompted to leave a message.
We currently aim to respond to all customer enquiries within 1 business day, between 10AM and 9PM UK time, Monday to Friday however we are working on adding additional resource to provide a greater level of support, 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
100% AGREE!!! I have been trying to get support for two weeks, conveniently since upgrading to their new pricing plan. It's almost to the point that I may need to start looking for a different solution for my office.
