Cannot delete connection

I need help. I submitted (help ticket) 4 days ago this problem and till now I get no answer. And I need to connect . Here's my original submission:
"having a 1 active connection subscription, I cannot delete an active one ! First tried from console and supposed connected device (the delete connection feature) without results. The device is turned off. Connection still active. Then I removed the device form my group. Now the active connection is attached to an "unkown device".
It's not possible to work with 1 active connection if there's no 100% sure and fast way to delete a connection ! Im' trying to connec to to a device and I'm blocked !
How to solve this ?

  • Yes it's fixed. But "manually" by support. Seems to be no user way to "force" kill a connection.

  • I'm having the same issue wherein I can connect as there is still a connection.

    But we have tried to close the connection multiple times and even restart the hardware but to no avail.

    Can someone assist?
