We can provide older versions of RealVNC applications that have not yet reached end of life. Please note that technical support availability for older versions is governed by the RealVNC Product Lifecycle Policy.
We strongly recommend running the latest versions of RealVNC's applications that are supported by your platform. A full list of supported platforms is available here: Supported Platforms for RealVNC Connect
If you are unable to upgrade to a newer version, you may request an older supported version by submitting a ticket.
Support for RealVNC Connect version 6 ended on 31 March 2025. To remain eligible for technical support, please upgrade to RealVNC Connect version 7 or 8.
