While we can provide older versions of RealVNC Viewer and RealVNC Server, please note that technical support for older versions is determined by the RealVNC Product Lifecycle Policy.
Where possible, we recommend that customers run the latest version of RealVNC Viewer and RealVNC Server that their platform supports as listed here: Supported Platforms for RealVNC Connect
If you are unable to run a later version, you can request an older version by submitting a ticket.
Note: support for RealVNC Connect 6 ended on 2025-03-31, please update to RealVNC Connect 7 or 8 to be eligible for technical support.
