CREATOR OWNER permissions are not applied correctly in VNC Server 6.9.0 and 6.9.1 on Windows

VNC Server 6.10.0 has been released which resolves this issue.

An issue was introduced in VNC Server 6.9.0 that prevents VNC Server from correctly applying Permissions when using the special CREATOR OWNER user (logged-in user). This issue affects VNC Server 6.9.0 and 6.9.1 on Windows only.

The issue has been identified and a fix will be included in the next version of VNC Server. Alternatively, users that rely on the use of CREATOR OWNER in their Permissions can downgrade to VNC Server 6.8.0.
