EU VAT
Renewals
If you are based in the EU and are VAT registered, you can add your VAT number to your account at any time on the Billing page of the RealVNC Connect Portal.
VAT will be charged at the time of your renewal if your VAT number is not saved to your account. Please ensure you add your VAT number in a timely manner before your subscription renews to avoid paying VAT.
New purchases
If you are purchasing a new subscription, you will be presented with the option to add your VAT number prior to purchase.
US Sales Tax
We charge US sales tax to customers who purchase direct from RealVNC in the following states:
- Arizona (AZ)
- Connecticut (CT)
- Illinois (IL)
- Indiana (IN)
- Maryland (MD)
- Massachusetts (MA)
- Michigan (MI)
- Minnesota (MN)
- New Jersey (NJ)
- North Carolina (NC)
- Ohio (OH)
- Pennsylvania (PA)
- Tennessee (TN)
- Texas (TX)
- Utah (UT)
- Washington (WA)
- Wisconsin (WI)
If you are tax exempt and are located in one of the above states, please submit a ticket here, including your exemption certificate or other supporting documentation.
