This article covers reducing within your current subscription package also commonly referred to as 'downgrading.' You will only be able to reduce the number of sessions if you are within 28 days of your renewal date. If you need to reduce the number of concurrent sessions outside of this period or if you wish to move to a different subscription package please contact Customer Support.

Reducing the Number of Concurrent Sessions

1. Log into your account at https://manage.realvnc.com/

2. Click 'Billing' from the account menu (top right):

   

3. Scroll down and click on 'Renew Now'

   

4. Choose the number of concurrent connections you need:

   

5. Follow the steps in the renewal page to renew your subscription.

If you are unable to see an option to reduce the number of concurrent sessions then this is likely due to one of the following reasons:

• You are outside the 28 day renewal window
• The concurrent sessions are currently at the lowest value they can be at for the package you are on
• You do not have permission to adjust the number of concurrent sessions - in this circumstance check with the person who owns the account or an admin
