If you have a paid subscription
You can make changes to your subscription on the Billing page of the RealVNC Connect Portal.
The Billing page can be accessed using the person/profile icon at the top right of the portal after logging in.
You can choose to upgrade to another subscription tier, and add devices and/or users depending on your subscription model.
Note, If you are on one of our legacy subscriptions you will only be able to upgrade to another tier at your renewal date.
If you are currently on a trial
With a trial subscription, you get to try all the features of our Business Premium subscription for free, for a limited time.
During that time, you’ll add computers and people to your team in order to trial RealVNC Connect’s capabilities.
When you’re ready to purchase, the easiest thing to do is to take your trial team live. To do this:
- Sign in to your RealVNC account
- Navigate to the Billing page
- Click the Subscribe to RealVNC Connect button
You can change subscription tier and capacity for your team at this point.
If you signed up for a trial with a personal email account and want to change it to a corporate one, you can do so on the Profile page.
In some circumstances, you may want to abandon your trial team and start again when you purchase. That’s fine, but please be aware you’ll have to add computers and people to your team from scratch. To do this, simply select the option to create a new team when subscribing. We’ll create a new team for you, so your account will show two teams: the ‘live’ one you’ve just purchased, and the soon-to-expire trial. Just ignore the trial team and add computers and people to the live team from now on.
