How do I change the email address associated with my account?


You can change your email address by signing in to your RealVNC account and navigating to the Profile page.

If you are the owner of the account, and want to make someone else the owner, please contact us. For security reasons, ownership changes must be verified.

Note: we are only able to change the owner of paid RealVNC subscriptions, i.e. Professional and Enterprise.
