To request a change of RealVNC Connect subscription owner, please contact us.
In some circumstances you may be asked for additional information (such as an invoice or a subscription reference) and/or we may need to perform additional verification checks before we can proceed with the change.
RealVNC takes the security and confidentiality of our customers extremely seriously and we appreciate your understanding regarding this.
Please note that we are unable to change the owner of a Home, Lite, or Trial team.
