If you are sure the remote computer is connected to the Internet but you see:
VNC Server is not currently listening for Cloud connections
...when attempting to connect, then it may be that the remote computer is asleep. Note that Wake-on-LAN (WOL) is not currently supported under any platform.

It has been almost two years since Lucy's question was asked. What progress has been made to allow RealVNC to work with Wake-on-Lan (WOL)?
Does it work now? It works with AnyDesk ;-) . I don't want to switch.
Yeah, agreed....100% why would wake on lan NOT be a features in this day and age? I also would rather not switch, but my computer sleeps when i'm away for conservation, so WAKE ON LAN FOR ME IS CRITICAL..
