unistall of VNC Viewer or server impossibel after Win 10 update

Dera all,

after the update of win 10 to 22H2 VNC server AND VNC viewer fo not work anymore. I tried to uninstall via the routine but taht stops after some seconds without finishsing. Reinstalling also does not work. The installer is coming up with "stopping installation due to error"...? Then I tried to follow the instructions form your web site for removing entries from the registry as well as files from the disk. However, after pc restart still the same behavior for installing or uninstalling. At the moment I cannot use Real VNC anymore.

Maybe there is a specific stand alone unistall procedure?
