Where can I find the Free License?

I've always used the Free License to manage family PCs (children, wife, father).
I make very, very limited use of it. In some cases even once every two years.
Now I replaced version 6 with version 7 and it keeps telling me there is no account. I tried to create one, but it still doesn't recognize my license.
Do I need to create the account elsewhere?
