RealVNC and Pi

Hello everyone , im having a problem with RealVNC on Raspberry PI.
It was working just fine. (Locally) I was be able to connect via another VNC program. (Remmina and Vinagre)
When i logged in on my PI to use it on the cloud from my mobile i wasnt be able to connect locally from any VNC program.(havent tried RealVNC)
Since i used my mail and logged it the problem started. Am i missing something?
