connection to macos Monterey drops every few seconds and reconnect

Hi everyone,
I'm using vnc connect to connect to my devices. I've an issue connecting to an intel mac with Monterey os. The connection drops every few seconds and reconnect again. I think is dropped because I lose the remote control and the screen freeze, then a blank screen appears and the control is restablished. There are no performance or bandwidth issues. If I start a connection from the same mac to the windows machine everything work fine.

I tried setting : _CloudConnTypes=UdpRelay,TcpRelay
But nothing change.

Is there some tuning i can do ?
