How do I reset Two Factor Authentication for VNC Viewer?

I have not used my VNC account in a couple of years. I changed my password but I apparently had Two Factor Authentication setup with Authy, but it is not on my phone. I can't ad it to my phone without a QR Code but I have not option to setup this up.  Is there any way I can reinitialize 2FA for my existing email address and phone number? I'm just using it to connect to a Raspberry PI.
