Vnc with Window 10 (virtual) , virtual Mouse pointer not aligned with real mouse

Hello everyone, i am getting crazy.

I have rented a server with CONTABO and i am using Real vnc viewer because i wanna make live streaming 24/7 for my youtube channel.

I have on the virtual server Windows 10 and mouse pointer position is pretty badly correlated to where my real mouse pointer is. I can't manage to work like that. The real mouse device pointer looks like a small dot and the virtual mouse it's not in the same position when i move it.

  • After some frustration, here's the best solution I found for the problem you have. I will give you keyboard commands for easier navigation:

    1. Open Settings, Ease of Access. Select Mouse in the Interaction Section on the Left Column. Turn on MouseKeys.   You can do this with: 'CTRL+ESC (To open Start)', then start Typing 'Ease of Access Mouse' and press [Enter] when first result appears.  You can use Tab to move around and Space Bar to Turn on MouseKeys.

Then, a second step is needed:

    2. Open Control Panel, Mouse, Pointer Options and Uncheck [  ] Enhance Pointer Position.   (You can do this on keyboard by: pressing Start+R (or CTRL+ESC) and typing 'main.cpl').  Use Tabs and Arrows to eventually reach the Setting and turning it off and Apply (ALT+A).

This will fix the pointer.  If it is still offset, use the Numpad keys to align your cursor to the Dot and it will stay on the right spot afterwards.
