Clipboard DOES NOT work to & from Windows 10 to Debian remote server

I have observed recent versions of VNC-Server-6.9.x-Linux-x64 or even the latest VNC-Server-6.10.0-Linux-x64 when installed on Debian 11, it doesn't enable me to copy paste text from my Windows 10 Desktop.

I removed and rolling back to VNC-Server-6.7.4-Linux-x64.deb works flawless, however it shows this nag when starting a session on Debian 11 though it doesn't seem to hinder any performance or function.

Any clues whats wrong?

Tested the behaviour on Debian 11.3 + LXDE-CORE

OS: Debian GNU/Linux 11, Linux 5.10.0, amd64
