Protocol error: bad pixel format

Hi,

I´m using VNC Viewer 6.22.315.

I haven't been able to log in for a few weeks. This is the error that appears to me:

Protocol error: bad pixel format: depth 32 (32 bpp) little-endian rgb
max 255,255,255 shift 16,8,0 alpha max 38550 shift 150

I have tried changing the image quality and resolution but still the same error.

Any ideas?

I also have the same error. The VNC connection worked well for years until yesterday, when this error occurred.

Hello,

I don't know how, but a few months later the problem disappeared. (July 2022)
Now it's back. The same message with a different ending.

Protocol error: bad pixel format: depth 32 (32 bpp) little-endian rgb
max 255,255,255 shift 16,8,0 alpha max 16703 shift 65

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?
Given the few responses from the company, I have little hope.
