Ability to install and configure server remotely

I need the ability to install and/or configure VNC Server remotely. I don't want to use GP or command prompts to install and configure VNC Server. If I'm logged in remotely via RDP session as administrator and not remotely through VNC Server, then I should be able to open up the server and see and make any changes that I need to.

    This would be good to see introduced! At the moment I use the Registry to edit the settings if I can't log in to VNC
