Linux - How to get RealVNC to work without a monitor connected.
Hi,
I would like to be able to us RealVNC(VNC server/VNC viewer) to remote in without the machine being connected to a monitor. Is this possible on linux 20.04.4?
Thanks

I'm seeing this problem on Fedora 36 / Gnome 42 as well. Upon unplugging a monitor, VNC connection stays up, but the desktop goes gray and things turn mostly unusable.
I worked around with a $7 monitor emulator ("HDMI Dummy Plug,Headless Ghost, Display Emulator Fit Headless-1920x1080 New Generation@60Hz" on amazon)
