Hi Giovanni,
Support for MacOS High Sierra was removed after VNC Server 6.7.4 and VNC Viewer 6.21.406

macOS High Sierra*
It is not correct to indicate that the server version is stopped at 6.7.4, since I can quietly install the server version 6.9.0 on macOS High Sierra, so I don't see why the viewer could not have the latest release
Hi,
You will experience issues with VNC Server 6.8.0 and onwards on High Sierra, such as the GUI not launching or a blank screen when connecting from VNC Viewer.
Operating system support is governed by our lifecycle policy, which is available here: https://help.realvnc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004160417#macos-0-6
Thanks,
Jack
