No Mouse/ Keyboard Control in Windows

I have been using VNC viewer for sometime now and just recently have been having issues controlling the mouse and keyboard on one of the servers.  Other people are able to control the mouse and keyboard on that server with no issues.  I have compared my settings to settings for instances that do work and they are identical.  I also just updated the VNC viewer to the latest version.
