VNC Viewer & Raspberry Pi - viewer is continuously opening tab upon tab and won't stop

Hi, 

I am new to use these software programs and I have been trying to hook up my Raspberry Pi headless to my MacBook Air. I managed to get my screen to connect to the VNC viewer but when it opens the viewer doesn't display just one tab, it is continuously multiplying. I do not know how to avoid it or fix it. I tried to screenshot it but it's completely unusable. You can kind of see what it's doing in the screenshot below. What do I need to do?

The link is the article that I have followed step by step! I added another line of code because from another link the author mentioned it should help with connection if I am attempting to do a headless set up.
