VNC Server Licensing failed to read configuration

I used Raspberry Pi 4 with Ubuntu MATE 18.04, I installed RealVNC server but could not log in to my account. I installed RealVNC according to these instructions and these instruction.

I try to log in, putting my email address and password, clicked sign in, then ok and them I'm getting this error message: failed to read configuration.

vnclicensewiz_helper[34068]: ProcHelper: Unable to read server configuration: read: Connection reset by peer (104)

How do I overcome this? How can I use RealVNC with Raspberry pi running Ububtu 18.04? I want to control headless raspberry pi from my Mac.

Thanks

    Hi,

VNC Connect isn't supported on Ubuntu for Pi at the moment, please install Raspberry Pi OS instead if you'd like to use VNC Connect.
