Cannot view RDP session
We have viewer 6.21.406 installed on computerA and server 6.7.4 installed on computerB. User RDP to computerB. When starting Viewer connection from computerA to computerB, just see the login screen.
We want to view user RDP session operation on computerB. Is there a place to switch sesssion?
ComputerA and computerB are Windows 10 system and joined into same domain.

Hi,
RDP sessions can only be used by running VNC Server in User Mode, which requires an Enterprise subscription. If you have an Enterprise trial/paid subscription and need help setting it up, please submit a ticket at https://help.realvnc.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
