Essentials package?

We have one computer that we need remote access to and 4 users who need access.

We also require MFA/2FA

Will the Essentials package work for us?

    Thanks for checking with us.

    For 1 remote computer and 4 separate users, the Essentials plan would not be suitable, as Essentials supports only 1 user.

    A Plus plan can support multiple users, so that may be a better fit if only one remote connection needs to be active at a time.

    Regarding MFA/2FA, could you confirm whether you mean:

    • 2-step verification when users sign in to their RealVNC accounts, or
    • MFA when establishing a remote session?

    Account 2-step verification is available for RealVNC accounts, while MFA for remote sessions is a Premium feature.

    Once you confirm which type of MFA you require, we can point you toward the most appropriate plan.
