Please make instant support flash or popup when opening a 2nd instance

I support a lot of people remotely and we need to use VNC instant support. And there's an issue where people download and open it but it either gets minimised or placed behind their google chrome window, and then they can't find it (it's open in their task bar) and then they download the instant support.exe client a few more times, but opening it does nothing as its already open.

Can it please be updated so that if another instance is opened, it either brings the current instance forward so its onto of all other apps, or makes the app icon in the task bar flash orange to get the users attention, as its a nightmare over the phone telling them to click on the white box in their task bar when they don't know what a task bar is,
