Add computer to my team

I installed the vncserver but it works weird.

the icon did not appear and I have to use command line to see the status.
then I tried to add my computer to my team but impossible.

if I do vncserver -showstatus the icon appear but the right click menu is not similar to another pc. I did not have "gestion des licenses".

How to do that ?

Which operating system are you using VNC Server on?
