VNC Connect Pricing Tiers

It would be really nice if there was a cheap single connection option for the instant support. Basically something to use to install the RealVNC server plus occasional troubleshooting. Right now I have been using TeamViewer to remote in and install the RealVNC server and it is less than ideal. Stuck at home and trying to make it work. Thanks!
