Error message adding new mac
I get the following error message when signing into a new mac that I want to access. I am able to access another computer easily, but I keep getting this error from this MAC:
Sorry, we can't contact our account services at the moment. Please check your computer's network or proxy settings and try again.
I have the Mac Firewall allowing VNC.

Hey thanks Jack, i looked at the article, but I have no idea how to use it. On the other laptop that we use VNC I never had to really do anything, other than installing it. I am not sure how to use the url and and IPV4 addresses...😬
