Error message adding new mac

I get the following error message when signing into a new mac that I want to access. I am able to access another computer easily, but I keep getting this error from this MAC: Sorry, we can't contact our account services at the moment. Please check your computer's network or proxy settings and try again. I have the Mac Firewall allowing VNC.
