DUO not prompting on Hyper-V VM

Hi

We are using Windows Password + DUO Authentication

DUO integration works fine on host OS but when trying to get it to prompt on a hyper-v virtual machine I get authentication error

Have tried reinstalling multiple times as well as redoing the duo api integration but no luck
