I can't find VNC Server icon in tray

I'm following this doc to setup server password https://help.realvnc.com/hc/en-us/articles/7921930974237-Setting-up-VNC-Password#what-is-vnc-password--0-0

But I can't find the icon, I tried restart service/OS but still.

However, I must setup a password otherwise I cannot connect to it.
