File transfer UX is lame

The file transfer feature is great, but the UX is terrible.

Can't resize columns ==> can't read file names

Can't sort by column

No way to find a file in a long list of files; search; type-ahead...

Always opens for a default path which is not what I want; how about open at last path

Can't reset window

Most of the windows show info I don't care about; waste of screen real estate

Window is inside the main window; always obscuring the remote desktop; make into a separate windows

Even if I move the window so that it's mostly offscreen, if I activate another window and then return to realvnc the file transfer window pops to upper left corner; aggravating
