Blank screen while users are connected this feature is not working.

Hallo Support, 

unfortunatly "Blank screen while users are connected" this feature is not working. I have installed VNC Server Version 7.11.1 and actived this feature but its not working. Please suggest.

    Have you enabled this setting on each unit you would like the screen blanked on?
