Hosted Peer-to-Peer error

Using a Lite account.  There are only 3 connections to this.  Those being my pc, cell phone and tablet.  The tablet nor the cell are constantly connected.  Password entered only when necessary.

Recently replaced my old cell phone with a new one.  When I try to login, via the new phone, I receive:

"Hosted Peer-to-Peer error:  The machine has no IP addresses"

Reviewing the Community, haven't seen much on this.  I am guessing that since the Lite accounts only allow 3 connections that the old cell is still somehow connected thus preventing the new one to connect.  I do not see any where to remove the old cell connection.

The old phone motherboard was completely trashed due to water damage and is dead.

Suggestions to fix please.
