Can RadiusSecret be added directly to Windows registry

We deploy RealVNC server to our servers via Puppet. I'm looking for a way of configuring Radius authentication without having to manually enter the Radius secret with vncpasswd. I understand the secret is stored in Windows registry as a hashed string. Can the secret be set directly in the registry somehow?
