Paid account is a DOWNGRADE from Free

I was using RealVNC at home for about a year off and on and recently I started using it much more so I figured I'd finally buy a subscription. BIG MISTAKE

When I was using the free server, it was obviously limited which i didnt mind. I could have remained a free account forever with my use case but I decided to spend on money to support you guys. Now I can't even open a ticket and have to post publicly. GREAT.  Your AI chat bot btw is pretty bad - it keeps hallucinating server settings which dont exist. But thats not what I am angry about.

When I was using the free software and I went to connect to my server - it AUTOMATICALLY disconnected the other session (if any). I would frequently be using RealVNC on my PC but then have to step away and would open it on my phone to watch progress. When I got home I'd reopen the connection on my desktop. This workflow worked PERFECTLY for me.

NOW - since I foolishly decided to PAY you guys - when I go the exact same thing my phone can't connect because the session is already open by the desktop. Which means I have to open a browser, login, click a few links and disconnect the session. THIS WAS AUTOMATIC UNTIL I PAID 

Please create an option on the server to disconnect the oldest client automatically when new sessions try to connect.
