VNC Connect 8 - Poor Resolution
I'm really trying to adapt to VNC Connect 8, but I'm finding it hard to do because the resolution is so poor. Even when connecting with high network connections with quality set on high, it is completely different than VNC Connect 7. VNC Connect 7 had excellent resolution, but VNC Connect 8 is a drastic change.
Not sure what you guys did, but I may have to switch products.

Unfortunately I can second that!
Resolution is way beyond V7 and also mouse movement is lagging which did not appear in v7.
I'm aware that this is a .0 release but these are both issues which should get attention quickly..
Unfortunately, I am experiencing this too.
Resolution is terrible with Mac. Set the quality to High and now the mouse and keyboard lags to the point where it's nearly impossible to work.
Resolution on Windows is better than the Mac but still not v7 quality. Setting resolution on High creates a terrible lag with the mouse here as well.
Raised a support ticket, apparently they are aware. I hope this gets resolved soon, this has been my favorite remote access tool, but I don't know how long I can deal with this. I was told to downgrade to v7 until the bugs are worked out.
Raise a support ticket! The more people that report these issues, hopefully it will get attention quicker!
