Cant terminate VNC cloud connection to device that no longer exists
So I setup real VNC on my raspberry pi. I connected to it via cloud with a lite subscription. Then I realized that install was super out of date so I just did a reinstall by overwriting the memory card. so that raspberry pi OS is gone. I removed it from my team, but real vnc says im still connected to it. Because of this, I can't make any more cloud connections. I deleted every device from my account, but it still says I'm still logged into an "unknown device". Sending a disconnect request does absolutely nothing, because again that OS no longer exists. There is zero way I could be connected. I cant contact support because I don't pay. Wtf am I supposed to do? I'm certainly not going to buy a product if the free version doesn't work. Do I have to just make a new account? I really don't want to swap to rustdesk or something else. I prefer using the vnc protocol and since realvnc is built into the pi OS and allows cloud connections its very convenient. Or was, up until now.
